One or more of the js/ files could not be found.
How to fix it:
Extract the whole folder first. Do not open index.html from inside the zip —
most zip tools only unpack the single file you double-clicked, so the js/ and
mods/ folders are left behind.
Right-click the zip → Extract All (or Extract Here).
