How it works
The app bundles a read-only snapshot of the system (data.js,
generated from forge and registry) and reads it with a tiny
zero-dependency engine (forge.js) that is unit-tested headlessly. It never
fetches anything at runtime, so it works from a plane, a train or a locked-down
laptop.
