Offline-first · No dependencies · No tracking

A health data dashboard for BMI, BMR, TDEE, macros & fluids.

A single-file clinical calculator for adult outpatients. Enter a few numbers and read BMI with category, BMR, TDEE, calorie targets, macro split, fluid needs and body composition — recomputed live as you type.

Free & fully offline — nothing to install. The Android .apk is sideload-only (allow installs from unknown sources).

Features

Everything the calculator does, in one file

Every capability below is described in the project's own README. Nothing is generated or padded.

Real-time recalculation

Results update as you type. A sticky results panel sits beside the inputs from 960 px up, so numbers and controls stay in view together.

Saved entries & BMI trend

Entries are stored in localStorage with an optional patient name/ID and timestamp — with a BMI trend chart, filter, load-back and delete-with-undo.

CSV export & import

Move data in and out as CSV — with formula-injection protection — plus print / PDF output and a copy/share summary of the current result.

Trilingual UI

Switch the interface between English, हिन्दी and ગુજરાતી — the same clinical outputs in three languages.

Accessible by design

ARIA radiogroups, a live result region, keyboard navigation, focus-visible states, hover definitions on every metric and a print stylesheet.

Offline & private

No build step, no dependencies, no server and no tracking. The page makes no external requests, and can be added to a phone's home screen.

How it works

Published formulas, applied transparently

Each output is derived from a named, referenced formula — the same list the README documents.

01

Enter anthropometrics

Age, sex, weight and height — in cm / m / ft+in and kg / lbs. Unit switches preserve the values you entered.

02

Pick an activity level

One of five standard multipliers scales BMR up to TDEE (total daily energy expenditure).

03

Read the dashboard

BMI with category and gauge, energy targets, macro split, fluid needs and body-composition metrics recompute live.

04

Save, export, print

Store entries locally, chart BMI over time, export or import CSV, and print or share a formatted summary.

FAQ

Common questions

Does it need an internet connection?
No. It is a single self-contained HTML file with no external requests. Download index.html and open it in any modern browser to use it fully offline — and add it to your home screen on mobile.
Which formulas does it use?
BMR uses Mifflin–St Jeor (1990); TDEE applies standard activity multipliers (1.2 / 1.375 / 1.55 / 1.725 / 1.9); BMI uses WHO and WHO Asia-Pacific / ICMR cut-offs; ideal body weight uses Devine (1974); body surface area uses Mosteller (1987); body fat uses Deurenberg (1991); fluids use a 30 mL/kg/day baseline.
Who is it designed for?
Adult outpatients. It includes an adult-only guard, and caution flags for renal / hepatic disease, heart failure, athletes and paediatric patients.
Can I export or print the results?
Yes. Entries can be exported and imported as CSV (with formula-injection protection), printed or saved as PDF, and copied or shared as a formatted text summary.
Where is my data stored?
Saved entries live in your browser's localStorage. There is no server and no tracking — nothing leaves the device.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a decision-support aid. Results are population estimates, not a diagnosis, and do not replace clinical judgement. Use adjusted weights and clinical context for individual patients.
